Return & Refund Policy
At Tactical World Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For approved change-of-mind returns, a 50% refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The remaining 50% covers handling, restocking, inspection, and processing costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Tariffs, Duties, and Customs Fees
Tactical World Store does not cover or reimburse any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges collected by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by Tactical World Store.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law:
- Final Sale/Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or required accessories
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable consumer laws.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Cancellation requests made more than 1 hour after purchase are not guaranteed. If we are able to cancel the order after this period, a 15% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this return policy.
