We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, public holidays, and peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and delivery postcode. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
Australia

For Australian orders, shipping fees may vary by delivery postcode due to carrier coverage and delivery location. The final shipping fee will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Please note that orders shipping to Northern Territory (NT) and Tasmania (TAS) have a fixed standard shipping rate of A$12.95.
New Zealand

Free shipping is not currently available for New Zealand orders.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your delivery status.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team. We will help check the delivery status with the carrier and provide further assistance.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Cancellation requests made more than 1 hour after purchase are not guaranteed, as the order may have already entered processing. If we are able to cancel the order after this period, a 15% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our return policy.
This cancellation policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer laws if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.
